The Dorchester County School of Technology is located in the educational park on the corner of Egypt Road and Cambridge Beltway. Situated between Cambridge-South Dorchester High School and Maple Elementary School, the School of Technology provides a large percentage of career and technology education for the county's high school students.
The school's enrollment is approximately 400 students. Students from Cambridge-South Dorchester High School and North Dorchester High School attend Dorchester School of Technology's programs during the regular school day as an offshoot of their regular home school program.
Students may obtain their State of Maryland high school required program completion (4 credits) through programs here. Students may also take the advanced level of their chosen trade (2 additional credits) to receive a "Certificate of Completion."
